Dear all,

With Autumn coming to a close it is time to reflect on what a great period we have had.  Most recently, Minister Rob Wilson announced that Youth United has been awarded funding from the National Youth Social Action Fund to begin a venue sharing pilot.  As well, our new Chair, Jennie, hit the ground running with her first Trustee meeting! Finally, we've had a very exciting new addition to the Youth United Network as we welcome JLGB (Jewish Lads’ and Girls’ Brigade). There is a lot we can learn from each other and we are sure that they will bring a huge added value to our Network going forward.

In other news we have seen Girlguiding expand across areas that haven’t previously been involved in and you can read about this in their blog as they detail the opening of five new units in Leeds, finding new ways of engagement along the way! Similarly we find out about the inspirational and fun packed Esther Generation weekend led recently by Girls’ Brigade England & Wales.

We wish you all the best!
